Composition

Patented complex of polysaccharide macromolecules (Policaptil Gel Retard®); orange, apple and lemon flavouring.
Policaptil Gel Retard® is a patented complex of macromolecules resulting from Aboca’s research and produced using techniques which concentrate specific polysaccharide fractions obtained from: Cellulose, Opuntia Ficus indica, Amorphophallus konjac, Althaea officinalis, Linum usitatissimum, Tilia platyphyllos, and Cichorium intybus.

Instructions for use

Adults and teenagers over the age of 12: 3 tablets before the two main meals

Children aged between 8 and 12: 2 tablets before the two main meals

Take the recommended dose with a full glass of water, swallowing one tablet at a time.

Do not chew or bite the tablets. For those who have difficulty swallowing, dissolve the LibraMed tablets in tepid water or unsweetened herbal tea, stirring until completely dissolved.
Drink within a few minutes, before the gel forms.

Treatment duration

LibraMed should be taken for a minimum of 2 months, suspending administration for 2-3 days after each month of treatment.

Warnings

For those who have difficulty swallowing, direct ingestion of the tablets is not recommended; first dissolve them, as described in the instructions for use.

Take the product at least two hours after taking medicines or vitamin supplements, in order not to interfere with their absorption. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Individuals receiving pharmacological treatment for diabetes or hyperlipidaemia should consult their doctor to assess whether or not the dosage should be altered. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light. Keep out of the reach of children. The “use by” date refers to the intact product, stored correctly.
